Below are the expected service times for issues submitted to our Support team:
- Through Jan 9: Immediate response, resolution ASAP.
- Jan 10-20: Immediate response, resolution within 48 hours.
- Jan 21-23: Immediate response, resolution ASAP.
- Jan 24-25: Immediate response, resolution 72 hours.
- Jan 26-29: Immediate response, resolution ASAP.
- Jan 29 to Feb 14: Limited resources. We will respond with a resolution estimate.
- Feb 14 through end of Season: Immediate response, resolution within 48 hours.
To help us diagnose your issue, please consider the following:
- What Race are you having an issue with?
- Make sure the Club/Org you select in the drop down is the proper one for this issue.
- Were you able to re-load to continue? If so, what did you do?
- How long can you wait to get results?
- Can you leave the race in an unfinished load mode? This gives us the file you are trying to load in the system. We can use this to quickly identify the issue.
